 When you order from Axsesoree, we commence processing your order almost immediately. We know you're super excited to have your purchase in hand and we're on it. 

Axsesoree uses Canada Post, Fedex or USPS or Purolator to ensure that your packages are in professional logistical hands. 

 

SHIPPING NOTE:

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed. 

The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.

There may be a delay of up to 2-4 business days during sales events.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email or track your order.

Once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact our Customer Care team.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer than standard delivery times.

DUTIES, CUSTOMS & TAXES IN YOUR COUNTRY:
Applicable taxes or duties are not included in the checkout total if you are purchasing from outside of Canada. These amounts are determined and calculated by the customs agency of the destination country. We have no control over this. If applicable, the agencies in your country will reach out to you via mail, email or phone to arrange payment of these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you.



SHOPPER ADDRESS ERROR:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you the customer, you will be responsible for paying a new reshipping charge so we can attempt your package again. 



STANDARD SHIP | EXPEDITED SHIP:

Standard shipping and free shipping is shipped without a tracking code. We will offer an Expedited option a few weeks after launch in March 2025. If you require tracking and a faster option, you will select the expedited shipping option.



LOST OR DAMAGE PRODUCT DUE TO SHIPPING:

Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. In this extremely rare case, you must file a claim with the carrier. 

If you recognize that your shipment package is externally damage, there is a very strong chance that you're products was also impacted. You must contact the carrier directly to post a claim.

 


Axsesoree is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Once your package is handed to the shipper, they assume the safety of your delivery.
